Hi3G (the telco/mobile) came to us because their webpage did not
sell enough wireless internet products (3G USB-dongles to plug in
any computer).
Solution
We worked on optimizing the interaction process from the
frontpage, through product selection to check-out. Using expert
evaluations, workshops with designers and product managers, and
usability test with eyetracking on mock-ups and competing
websites.
Result
Increased conversion rate of +94%!
